What are the payment options?
We accept Credit / Debit cards, GCash and bank transfers (BPI and BDO). We DO NOT accept Cash On Delivery.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are live orchids and other plants, we do not accept returns.
Do you offer Same-Day delivery?
Yes we do, subject to availability of the product. We use Lalamove for all deliveries.
How often should I water the orchids?
Only water your phalaenopsis orchids once a week or when the soil is dry. Use minimal water (approx. 30 mL) to the roots only.
How much sunlight do orchids need?
Phalaenopsis orchids thrive best with very bright but INDIRECT morning sunlight.
Where is the best place to put my orchids on display?
You can place your Phalaenopsis orchids anywhere with no direct fan or AC, because they prefer high humidity. Pick a spot where they can receive lots of bright but indirect sunlight.
All my orchid blooms fell off. What now?
When your orchid enters its resting phase, you’re left with a bare stalk and green leaves. It is storing up the energy to give you another round of beautiful flowers.
Evaluate the health of the stems. If they are still green and healthy, cut the spike an inch above the healthiest node (usually the one closest to the bloom).
If your spike has turned brown or dried up, cut the spike at the base.
Continue to care for the orchid like normal, but you can add orchid fertilizer to induce reblooming.
